TR-069 & GenieACS Automation
Automation for CPE provisioning, diagnostics and lifecycle via TR-069 and GenieACS, so your support team stops logging into routers.
What I’ve done here
- Zero-touch provisioning across large fleets of CPE devices.
- Standardised configuration and firmware rollouts to reduce incidents.
- Better first-line support through remote diagnostics and automated actions.
What you get
- ACS architecture and sizing (GenieACS or vendor ACS) for your fleet
- Provisioning presets per CPE model and plan, with WAN/Wi-Fi/VoIP templates
- Firmware campaign process with staged rollout and rollback
- Support-desk actions: reboot, factory reset, Wi-Fi change, diagnostics
Engagements are scoped to an outcome. Share your context and I’ll propose the smallest useful first step.

Questions I get asked
FAQ
Our CPEs are from several vendors. Is that a problem?+
No, that's normal. Each model gets its own preset and parameter mapping; the ACS logic stays shared.
Can you help move devices from a vendor ACS to GenieACS?+
Yes. The usual path is a staged ACS URL change per batch with a verification step before the next batch.
