Questions I get asked

FAQ

Do you only work with IconRadius?+

No. IconRadius is where most of my deployment experience comes from, but the AAA, billing and BRAS integration patterns apply to any ISP stack, including in-house platforms.

Can you help with a migration from another billing/AAA system?+

Yes. I plan migrations in phases: data mapping, parallel run, cut-over windows per NAS, and rollback criteria, so subscribers don't notice.

How do engagements usually start?+

With a short call to understand scale, stack and the blocker, then a scoped review or a fixed-outcome engagement.
